Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unworn

In their original condition and packaging

With proof of purchase

Personal care / skincare products that have been opened or used (for hygiene and safety reasons)

How to Request a Return

The item(s) you wish to return

The reason for the return

Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Sanité B. is not responsible for lost return packages.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will make it right.
